Alki Lookout is an extensive remodel of a three-story home on a steep slope above Alki Beach. The clients sought built-in storage, benches, and furniture, which the Bucktide Wood Shop crafted custom in Douglas fir. Additional upgrades included updating all electrical and mechanical systems, as well as exterior waterproofing. All new entry, kitchen, living room, first-floor bathroom, kid’s room, primary bedroom and bathroom, downstairs offices, media room, and exterior siding with a painted mural by Stevie Shao. The results showcase a colorful and playful new home reflecting the clients’ joyful personalities.
